The Mark Miller collection of antique and vintage lacrosse sticks were Indian handcrafted mostly by the Mohawk Indians on the reservations throughout North America and most have rawhide and leather pockets.
It is hard to believe that these could actually carry a ball down field! There isn't a standard size for the head or the shaft, as when these were used, there weren't any restrictions.
Jim Brown, the great football player, was actually a better lacrosse player! He was awarded 2 year All-American at Syracuse and is the only player to be inducted into the Lacrosse Hall of Fame, College Hall of Fame and National Football Hall of Fame.
He would cut his stick so short the coaches would then tape the stick to his forearm and simply out run the opposing players!
Our collection of these antique and vintage Indian made wooden lacrosse sticks with leather and rawhide pockets and completely original construction is one of a kind. When this supply is gone, they are gone for good!
